CASA ALEIXO, though on the bustling main CALANGUTE - BAGA ROAD,  is set within a restful garden and is a mere 10-minute walk from a fine sandy beach where you can laze and watch the most glorious sunsets in our Tropical Paradise.  Nearby, within walking distance are several Bistros and Restaurants like  Subway and Coffee Day ,  All-Day Breakfast  and All-Day Dining places  and even the Internationally famed “ Tito's “ night Club,  besides Cavala, Villa Goesa and the ever popular Britto's eatery.

 

Six Air-Conditioned as well as two Non-Airconditioned Rooms are available, which are fully equipped, spacious and well appointed, each with its own toilet and hot/cold shower.  A large Living Room is accessible to the Air-Conditioned rooms, with Romeo & Juliet Balconies that overlook the garden.

 

The rooms are set within a spacious and well designed newly-minted residence on the property which has been in the family for more than a hundred years.  The old well in the rear garden used to service this side of Cobravaddo up until three years ago, and the compound wall was in line with the well, so that everyone had access to it.  The Old Portuguese house at 2111, Baga Road was built by Aleixo Minguel Pinto in the year 1891, with the last resident being his Grandson Alexander M Pinto.  It is with sentiment, that Casa Aleixo in its new avatar, is named after them.
