ROOM TARIFF ( INR )
Rates - per room night - Taxes Extra*
(15th October 08 to 30th May 09)

*Currently the Applicable Tax is @ 10% on the above Tariffs

Terms :

1. Check-out at 12 .00 noon
2. Extra bed in the room- Rs. 800/- per night. (The management regrets that due to the nature of the architecture , children below 8yrs are discouraged ).
3. Breakfast is not included and available at extra charge.
4. Taxes* are subject to change by the Government ,these would be charged on the basis of the applicable rates prevailing at the time of occupation.
5. The above rates are on a per night basis for double/single occupancy.
6. Airport transfer is available with prior notice and would be charged extra.
7. Bookings for the Peak Season (17th Dec '08 to 2nd Jan '09 ie Christmas & New Year), would be accepted for a minimum of 7 days.
8. Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
9. Reservations will be processed only after receiving advance payment which is non-refundable in case of ‘no-shows’ or cancellations. However the management would do it’s best to make alternative dates available at the earliest during the same tariff period.
10. Communications regarding bookings should be made preferably by e-mail or fax
11. Tariff for the period 1st June '08 onwards may be requested separately.
