ROOM TARIFF ( INR )
Rates - per room night - Inclusive of Taxes *
( 1st October 2011 to 31st May 2012 )

Terms :

1. Check-out at 12 .00 noon
   
   
2. Extra bed in the room- Rs.1000/- per night for non-a/c , Rs1500/- per night for a/c and Rs2000 per night for
   deluxe room . (The management regrets that due to the nature of the architecture , children below 8yrs are
   discouraged ).
   
   
3. Breakfast is not included and available at extra charge.
   
   
4. The above rates are on a per night basis for double/single occupancy.
   
   
5. Airport transfer is available with prior notice and would be charged extra.
   
   
6. Bookings for the Peak Season (23rd Dec '11 to 1st Jan '12 ( i.e Christmas & New Year), would be accepted for a minimum of 7 days.
   
   
7. Tariffs are subject to change without notice.
   
   
8. Reservations will be processed only after receiving advance payment which is non-refundable in case of ‘no-shows’ or cancellations. However the management would do it’s best to make alternative dates available at the earliest during the same tariff period.
   
   
9. Communications regarding bookings should be made preferably by e-mail or fax
   
   
10. Tariff for the period 1st June 2012 may be requested separately.
